Ammonit Measurement GmbH (Ammonit), leading supplier of high quality measurement equipment for wind and solar resource assessment and monitoring, complements its remote sensing portfolio with the wind lidar technology ZephIR. As ‘Trusted Service Provider’, Ammonit supplies ZephIR Lidar via its global market channels.

By implementing ZephIR technology, Ammonit’s customers benefit from accurate affordable wind data across all stages of wind farm project development. With ZephIR 300 for ground based installations and ZephIR DM for turbine-mounted applications, Zephir Ltd. (ZephIR Lidar) provides high quality measurement solutions proven by more than 7 million hours of operation across several hundred deployments.

Established in 1989, Ammonit deliver reliable data loggers, first class meteorological sensors as well as data communication and power supply technologies for wind and solar measurement systems. Wind consultants, wind farm operators and research institutes in over 100 countries have successfully implemented Ammonit measurement systems.
