Ammonit measuring systems are fully self-contained. A connection to the local power network is not required. The entire measuring system can be reliably powered with a 10 W solar panel. In some cases, larger panel sizes may be required, such as with the application of a large number of sensors when a satellite communication system is applied, or in cold climates requiring sensor heating.
